Area Sponsors Give Andy Seuss His Big Chance at New Hampshire
20-Year-Old is Only Homestate Driver Expected to Enter Modified Event
Unlike many other sports, where talent, ability and determination can set a young athlete on the path to the top, racing requires another important ingredient.  That is money.  To field a top racecar in a competitive NASCAR touring division is not inexpensive and a young rising star needs all of the help that they can get.

So when Andy Seuss heads to New Hampshire International Speedway this week for the New England 100 NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour this week, he might be alone in the car, but he’ll have plenty of help riding with him.  In addition to his crew of family and friends, a number of loyal sponsors from Southern New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts will be helping the Seuss team get on track this weekend.  Which is especially important since Seuss is expected to be the only New Hampshire driver to enter the Modified event at NHIS.

Those sponsor logos aren’t just going to be plastered to the side of the #70 Modified either, Seuss is fortunate in the fact that each of his backers are just like family to him.

“For the most part, I have known all of my sponsors for a long

time,” said Seuss.  “They have all stepped up to the plate to make this possible.  They are helping the hometown kid go out and compete.  I appreciate that and I hope that they will stick behind me for years to come.  I can’t thank them enough.”

Three major sponsors in addition to the family business, Rockingham Boat, will be on the #70 at New Hampshire.

“We’ll be flying the colors of Stuarts Automotive, Land and Sea Dynometers and Manchester Urology Associates at New Hampshire.  We can’t thank them all enough.  They are making my dream of going to New Hampshire and being competitive come true.  That means a lot to me and I’m excited about getting on the same track as the best Modified racers in the country.
“Last year, I wish that we could have given Manchester Urology Associates a better showing at New Hampshire, but they were on the car when we won at Nashville earlier this year and that was very good.  Stuarts Automotive has joined us this year and have been a big help already.  Land and Sea is joining us for the first time at New Hampshire and I’m excited about that too.  They have always been a good family friend to us and I look forward to representing them for the first time.  Hopefully, we’ll be able to put on a great show for all of our sponsors and the hometown fans who come to the track to support us.”
In last September Modified Tour event at NHIS, Seuss exited the race early with engine problems.  This time, he hopes to gain more experience on the one-mile oval and also give his sponsors something to be proud of.

“Hopefully, we’ll put more laps down this time.  Last time, it was my first race at New Hampshire and we had a really good set-up under the car.  I’ll return there this time to get more experience and anytime when I can get more laps at a new track, that is a very good thing.”

Seuss will be racing in the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour event on Saturday, June 30th at New Hampshire International Speedway.
