Ocean Properties Provides a Speedweeks Home For #70 Team

Rental Agency Provided Accommodations to Compliment a Race Team Dream

When Northern race teams come to Florida for Speedweeks, it means long hours, hard work and a lot of time at the track for officials, race teams, media and fans. It also means a lot of time away from home and families.

The Andy Seuss #70 race team began their 2008 racing season this February in Florida at New Smyrna Speedway’s 42nd Speedweeks. When it came time to find a place to stay, they team looked to Ocean Properties for their home away from home in the New Smyrna area.

Before starting the long journey south from New Hampshire, they went to the Ocean Properties website and selected a five bedroom house where everyone would have their own space to rest and re-charge.

When the house they selected was not a good fit, Ocean Properties staff immediately came to the rescue with different rental options to choose from. They recommended that the team move to a beachfront condominium.

“Ocean Properties found us a different place,” said Andy Seuss. “This shows what kind of company they are. They really take care of their clients.”

This move turned out to be what the team needed to compliment their race season kickoff. The condominium was fully furnished with appliances, linens, towels, dishes, washer and dryer, flat panel televisions and a lot of homeowner’s love.  It was much more than a typical hotel room and a place to rest one’s head. 

It was a place to relax and get away from it all.

After moving to the condo that Ocean Properties recommended, Andy summarized the team’s stay:

“It is a fabulous place, a high rise condo. In the four or five years that we have been coming here, this is the first time that I got to see the ocean.”

Ocean Properties has now become the realtor of choice for the Seuss race team when they head south to Florida for Speedweek events.
