It wasn't a night to remember for Andy Seuss and his #47 Riggs Racing Advance Auto Parts team at Caraway Speedway (NC) on Saturday. The team was hoping to back up their recent NASCAR Whelen Southern Modified Tour victory at Myrtle Beach Speedway (SC) with another win, but circumstances kept that from happening.
“We've had a top three car at Caraway for the last few times we went there, but this time the same set-up wasn't ideal,” said Seuss. “On top of that, our ignition box failed and we finished 14th. We lost ground from there and it wasn't an ideal night at all. We'll just keep plugging away though and come back to Caraway this Saturday night with a whole new set-up fro this week.”
Seuss' next NASCAR Whelen Southern Modified Tour race will come on Saturday night, September 19th, at Caraway.
